Details
Our collection by the rustic sensibility of hand-forged metal with cool Italian Carrara marble. Employing an ancient fabrication process, artisans hand hammer the metal bars to reveal an alive, imperfect and organic texture. A layer of lacquer has been added to the surface of the stone tabletop for protection.
- Tabletop crafted of 1"-thick Italian marble over a wood core
- Marble top is honed, sealed and finished with a quarter-round edge
- Frame is forged of solid metal and hammered by hand
- Forged Brass finish is crafted of solid brass; Forged Bronze finish is crafted of patinated solid brass; Forged Pewter finish is crafted of solid stainless steel
- This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the marble or metal work are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike.
Care instructions
- Our marble tops are sealed before shipping, but are porous by nature and can be stained, scratched or chipped.
- Protect from acidic substances like wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce. Always blot spills immediately and rinse with a clean, damp cloth.
- To prevent ring marks, place coasters or trivets under glasses and dishes; use mats or runners beneath hard objects that might scratch the surface.
- Do not place hot items directly on the tabletop.
- Do not use chemical cleansers, dusting sprays, abrasive cleaners or furniture polish.
- Dust frequently with a soft, dry cloth. Wash periodically with a cloth dampened with warm water, and if necessary, a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Use a second damp cloth to remove the soap.
- For marble, the use of a resealer is recommended. Apply once a year or as needed.

CARE
1. Daily Dusting
- Tools: Use a soft feather duster or a specialized soft-bristled brush.
- Tip: Lightly dust the glass weekly to prevent buildup.
2. Deep Cleaning
- Glass: Wear white cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints. Wipe glass elements individually with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
- Metal: Wipe the nickel finish with a dry, soft cloth only. Never use harsh chemicals, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the plated finish.
3. Safety & Environment
- Power Off: Always turn off the electricity before cleaning or changing bulbs.
- Environment: This fixture is IP20 rated (Damp-rated). Keep the area well-ventilated to prevent metal oxidation.
- Inspection: Check the stability of the hanging cables/chains once a year for safety.
