1.For large items, if the package size is more than 39 inches (100 cm), we will use sea freight and the shipping time is 35-45 days. We hope you can understand.
3.Regarding some customized lamps, it takes 1-3 months to deliver them, depending on the difficulty of customization.

If your new VANCEI product doesn't fit, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.

1. Daily Dusting

• Tools: Use a soft feather duster or a specialized soft-bristled brush.
• Tip: Lightly dust the glass weekly to prevent buildup.

2. Deep Cleaning

• Glass: Wear white cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints. Wipe glass elements individually with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
• Metal: Wipe the nickel finish with a dry, soft cloth only. Never use harsh chemicals, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the plated finish.

3. Safety & Environment

• Power Off: Always turn off the electricity before cleaning or changing bulbs.
• Environment: This fixture is IP20 rated (Damp-rated). Keep the area well-ventilated to prevent metal oxidation.
• Inspection: Check the stability of the hanging cables/chains once a year for safety.
